About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and project managers to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
- Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution design documents.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Guide development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Review existing systems and recommend architectural improvements and modernization strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and cloud services based on project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and performance standards.
- Conduct technical reviews, code reviews, and architecture governance sessions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in solution architecture and enterprise application design.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience with system integration, API management, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching, messaging systems, and networking concepts.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of security best practices, authentication, authorization, and cloud security.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are preferred.
- TOGAF or other architecture certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
