Position: Branch Manager
Location: As per company requirement (Relocation required)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day branch operations
- Handle staff coordination, attendance, and performance
- Maintain client relationships and smooth branch operation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with head office for reporting and documentation
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
- Experience: Freshers are welcome (Candidates with good skills and leadership ability will be preferred)
- Languages: Kannada & Hindi is a plus
- Willingness to relocate as per company requirements
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Experience in Edu-tech field
