Job Summary
The AVP/AGM/GM – Marketing will be responsible for leading the overall marketing function of the organization, driving brand visibility, lead generation, project launches, customer engagement, and business growth. The role requires strategic planning, execution excellence, agency management, budget control, employer branding, ATL/BTL activities, digital marketing, event management, and cross-functional coordination to achieve sales and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare annual and quarterly marketing plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Define marketing budgets, campaign calendars, and ROI-driven initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Drive brand positioning and differentiation in the market.
2. Brand Management
- Strengthen and maintain corporate and project brand identity.
- Ensure consistency of brand communication across all platforms.
- Manage corporate branding initiatives, promotional materials, and communication campaigns.
- Develop innovative brand-building activities to increase market visibility.
3. ATL (Above-The-Line) Marketing
- Plan and execute ATL campaigns including:
- Print Media
- Television
- Radio
- Outdoor Advertising
- Cinema Advertising
- Transit Media
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize media spends.
4. BTL (Below-The-Line) Marketing
- Plan and execute BTL activities including:
- Site Events
- Roadshows
- Corporate Tie-Ups
- Housing Exhibitions
- Channel Partner Events
- Mall Activations
- Lead Generation Activities
- Drive customer engagement programs and promotional campaigns.
5. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Platforms
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- SEO & SEM
- Email Marketing
- WhatsApp Marketing
- Optimize digital campaigns to maximize qualified lead generation.
- Monitor lead quality, conversion ratios, CPL, and ROI metrics.
6. Project Launch & Sales Support
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for project launches.
- Develop project-specific branding and communication strategies.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, CRM, and Business Development teams.
- Ensure timely availability of marketing collateral and sales tools.
7. Events Planning & Management
- Conceptualize and manage:
- Project Launch Events
- Corporate Events
- Channel Partner Meets
- Customer Engagement Programs
- Press Conferences
- Award Functions
- Internal Employee Events
- Ensure seamless planning, budgeting, vendor management, and execution.
8. Agency & Vendor Management
- Manage creative, digital, media buying, PR, event, and production agencies.
- Negotiate contracts, commercials, and service agreements.
- Evaluate agency performance and ensure delivery of agreed KPIs.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships for cost-effective execution.
9. Public Relations & Corporate Communications
- Develop and maintain relationships with media houses and industry stakeholders.
- Manage press releases, media interactions, and corporate announcements.
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management when required.
10. Employer Branding
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives.
- Work closely with HR to enhance organizational visibility as an employer of choice.
- Promote company culture, achievements, employee engagement activities, and CSR initiatives.
- Manage social media communication related to employer branding.
11. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage annual marketing budgets.
- Monitor marketing expenditures and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Track campaign ROI and marketing effectiveness.
12. Team Leadership & Department Management
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
- Establish departmental goals, KPIs, and performance standards.
- Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, and execution excellence.
- Build high-performing teams and succession planning within the department.
13. Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct market intelligence studies and competitor benchmarking.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer insights.
- Prepare management reports and strategic recommendations.

Qualification
- MBA in Marketing / PGDM (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
