Key Responsibilities
Execute customer-requested flat modifications and alteration works.
Review drawings and obtain approvals before execution.
Coordinate with Design, CRM, Sales, MEP and Site teams.
Prepare BOQs and modification cost estimates.
Conduct detailed flat inspections.
Perform snagging & de-snagging and track closure.
Ensure finishing quality including flooring, tiling, painting, plastering, waterproofing and joinery.
Handle complete flat handover with checklist.
Resolve customer technical queries.
Supervise contractors and monitor daily progress.
Maintain quality, safety and documentation.
Prepare inspection reports and handover records.
Ensure timely completion within project schedules.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
