WE ARE HIRING – FACTORY SUPERVISOR
Attari Furniture Group – Lucknow
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous factory supervision experience and good knowledge of managing workers and day-to-day factory operations, preferably in the furniture industry.
Position: Factory Supervisor
Location: Lucknow
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Weekly Off: Friday
Joining: Immediate Joiner Required
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the factory workers and daily activities.
- Allocate work to team members and ensure work is completed properly and on time.
- Supervise furniture packaging and ensure products are packed safely.
- Manage loading and unloading of furniture and other materials.
- Ensure proper cleaning and finishing of furniture before dispatch.
- Maintain discipline and productivity among workers.
- Monitor the movement and handling of furniture inside the factory.
- Ensure proper care of furniture during packaging, loading and unloading.
- Coordinate with management regarding daily production, dispatch and manpower requirements.
- Identify and report any damage, shortage or operational issue to management.
- Ensure the factory area is kept clean, organized and safe.
- Take responsibility for the overall day-to-day functioning of the assigned factory activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Factory Supervisor / Floor Supervisor / Furniture Factory Supervisor.
- Factory work experience is mandatory.
- Experience managing workers and teams.
- Must be responsible, disciplined and hardworking.
- Good understanding of furniture handling, packaging and loading/unloading.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and workers efficiently.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
