Mastery in these areas ensures a comprehensive understanding of integrated manufacturing systems and enables the deployment of strategic operational initiatives.
You will bring a demonstrated track record of leading digitisation and innovation projects within manufacturing environments, showcasing the ability to drive change and optimise operational performance through technology adoption. Significant experience with implementing and rolling out Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Total Quality Management (TQM), Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Lean Manufacturing techniques is essential to success in this role.
Maintaining robust and productive partnerships with government agencies, trade unions, suppliers, and external business partners is key to sustaining compliant and harmonious industrial relations, which underpin operational stability and business continuity.
