We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive/Manager to join our growing team in Ahmedabad.
Job Summary
As a Business Development Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective international clients, conducting live product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, and helping businesses evaluate our software solutions. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and tailor demonstrations accordingly.
- Explain product features, workflows, and business benefits effectively.
- Assist prospects during product trials and evaluation phases.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients and provide consultative support.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams.
- Maintain demo schedules, follow-ups, and CRM records accurately.
- Follow up with prospects and contribute to achieving business development targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, Pre-Sales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation and client interaction skills.
- Confidence in demonstrating software products to international clients.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of SaaS, eCommerce, or software products is preferred.
- Experience working with international clients and understanding diverse business requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
