With a strong presence through 120+ outlets across India, Nirula’s is now on an ambitious growth path and looking to build a strong internal finance function to support strategic initiatives.
Role Summary
We are seeking a sharp and driven Chartered Accountant (1–3 years of experience) to join the Founder’s Office as Finance Lead. This is a high-impact role involving oversight of accounting and compliance, interdepartmental coordination, and direct involvement in business decision-making with the promoter and investor group. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is looking to grow with a high-visibility role.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance Leadership: Lead a team of 6 members to manage day-to-day accounting, reporting, and compliance
- Compliance: Ensure timely GST, TDS, ROC, and Income Tax filings; coordinate statutory and internal audits
- Business Partnering: Work closely with Ops, SCM, Marketing, and HR to align business goals with financial insights
- Strategic Involvement: Participate in decision-making with the promoter/founder; provide MIS, financial analysis, and business scenario planning
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current processes and implement controls, automations, and SOPs for scalability
- Outlet-Level Finance: Strengthen controls for cash, inventory, and reconciliation across multiple touchpoints

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; able to engage with stakeholders across levels
- Entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail and ability to take ownership
Other Information:
- Salary: 8-18LPA depending on fit and experience.
- Location: Noida Sector 64. In Person, 6 Days a Week [Non-Negotiable]
