Candidate sourcing through job portals & social platforms
Interview coordination and candidate management
Experience using HRMS Software & employee databases
Employer Branding & Employee Engagement activities
Joining formalities, onboarding & documentation
Coordination with departments for hiring requirements
Strong understanding of technical profiles and hiring process
