The Administration Assistant will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational support functions of the dealership. This role ensures a seamless workflow between the sales, service, and spare parts departments while maintaining a professional environment for both employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facility & Operational Management
Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the showroom and service center premises.
Manage vendor contracts for housekeeping, security, and facility repairs.
Ensure all utility services (electricity, water, internet) are functional and bills are processed on time.
Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and pantry stocks.
2. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain records related to building insurance, trade licenses, and fire safety certifications.
Assist in the documentation required for vehicle registration processes and RTO coordination if necessary.
Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for essential equipment like generators, air conditioners, and compressors.
3. Coordinate staff welfare activities and internal meetings.
4. Financial Coordination
Maintain accurate logs of daily administrative expenses.
Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice processing and vendor payments.
Monitor telephone and fuel expenses for company-owned vehicles.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry. Freshers can also apply.
Technical Proficiency: High level of competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with vendors, staff, and management.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
Two wheeler License is mandatory.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
