Assistant Store Manager :
We are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Store In-Charge to manage the
day-to-day operations and sales performance of a Furlenco store. This role combines
responsibilities of a Store Manager and Sales Executive, requiring strong ownership, people
management, and customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Customer Experience :
● Drive walk-in conversions and exceed monthly sales targets
● Educate customers about Furlenco’s products: Buy New, Buy Refurb, and Rental options
● Conduct product demos highlighting quality, comfort, and design features
● Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
● Maintain high standards of in-store experience and customer satisfaction
● Execute local promotional activities to increase footfalls (BTL, apartment reach-outs,etc.)
Team Management :
● Lead and manage the in-store sales team
● Assign daily tasks and sales goals to team members
● Train and mentor new executives on products and selling techniques
● Track individual and team performance and drive productivity
Store Operations :
● Ensure in-store product availability, stock accuracy, and visual merchandising
● Manage store hygiene, opening/closing activities, and order processes
● Coordinate with backend teams for logistics, installations, and customer deliveries
Reporting & Coordination :
● Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
● Share business insights
● Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve store-level issues quickly
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
