Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to oversee daily store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient stock management. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Issue materials as per company procedures.
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
- Monitor reorder levels and report stock shortages.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
- 1-3years of experience in store or warehouse management.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Tally, Buzy etc.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
