Our Client is a leading Startup brand specializing in reusable period panties and functional undergarments. We aim to revolutionize menstrual health and sustainable apparel categories. Over the last 6 years, we have made a strong presence in e-commerce backed by efficient marketing and our in-house manufacturing capabilities. Our flagship product GoPadFree Leakproof Reusable Period Panty is a crowd favourite across marketplaces. To continue our growth, we are currently looking for a skilled professional to join our dynamic team.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Performance Marketing Lead. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead with deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads to own and scale our paid acquisition engine. This role is about driving revenue growth while optimising for ROAS, ROI and CAC at scale. - End-to-end ownership of Meta, Google, Youtube and other Ad ecosystems.
- Scale ad spends while maintaining and improving ROAS and CAC efficiency
- Deep dive into campaign structure, bidding, audience segmentation and funnel optimization
- Continuously optimize for ROI, contribution margins and payback periods
- Build and execute a high-frequency testing roadmap (creatives, hooks, formats, landing pages)
- Work closely with creative teams to identify and scale high-converting ad creatives
- Leverage platform updates, AI tools and automation to improve performance
- Identify and scale new opportunities and Ad ecosystems
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a Performance Marketing Role for a growing D2C brand with a proven track record of success.
- Proven track record of scaling Meta and Google Ads with strong ROAS / ROI outcomes.
- Deep expertise in Google and Meta ad platforms.
- Ability to optimize campaigns at scale.
- Solid understanding of campaign analysis and reporting.
- Good graphics and creative sense
- Good understanding of the AI integration in ads to bring efficiency
- Experience with high ad spends and scaling budgets significantly
- Exposure to programmatic platforms, DSPs, OTTs, Affiliates and Marketplaces is a plus
- Exposure to with Amazon, Flipkart and Quick Commerce ads is good to have
