Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding admissions, courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound admission calls.
- Follow up with admission inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Maintain student inquiry and admission records in CRM/Excel.
- Conduct campus tours and explain college facilities.
- Assist students with application forms and admission procedures.
- Coordinate with academic departments for admission-related activities.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and admission drives.
- Achieve admission targets and generate enrollments.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to convince and guide students effectively.
- Strong follow-up and counseling skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, telecalling, or sales preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
