We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to B2B Tele calling work, to conduct outbound calls, generate leads, and sell our Ecommerce & Digital Marketing service packages across the U.S. In this role, you will identify potential clients, introduce our services, explain how our solutions help businesses scale without operational burdens, and close sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound phone calls to potential clients.
* Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process from initial cold outreach and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
* Relationship Building: Maintain and scale long-term partnerships with existing clients and channel partners to ensure recurring revenue.
* Generate qualified leads through cold calling, warm calling, referral outreach, and follow-ups.
* Present and sell our Dropshipping/Ecommerce service packages, including store setup, and ongoing support.
* Understand customer needs to recommend the right service plan or dropshipping model.
* Maintain CRM records, track sales activity, and manage a lead pipeline.
* Schedule consultations or demos.
* Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for lead generation and sales.
Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in sales, telemarketing, call center operations, or lead generation (preferred).
* Excellent phone communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
* Strong ability to identify customer needs and match them to solutions.
* Achieving monthly and quarterly gross margin and revenue targets.
