Job Description – Instrumentation Technician

Experience: 5 – 8 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation Technician to handle installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems and equipment in the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation systems and control panels
- Perform calibration of sensors, transmitters, gauges, and measuring instruments
- Monitor PLC, SCADA, and automation-related systems
- Attend breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Maintain records of maintenance and calibration activities
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Ensure safety standards and SOP compliance in all instrumentation activities
Required Skills
- Knowledge of industrial instrumentation and automation systems
- Understanding of PLC, SCADA, VFD, and control circuits
- Ability to read electrical and instrumentation drawings
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Rice Mill, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Process Industry preferred
- Ability to work in shifts if required
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
