At least 10 years of working experience as a Project Manager
Strong CRM and loyalty expertise, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem
· Experience in either Hospitality or Lodging will be an added bonus
· Preferred technology or product experience in mobile applications, web applications, content management systems, customer relationship management systems, API management, digital payment systems, e-commerce, solution architecture, systems integration
· Strong in problem solving and analytical skills and able to conceptualize through logical thinking
· Technical knowledge of application and infrastructure management and designs (such as domain names, certificates, cloud services, disaster recovery, SLAs) is advantageous
· Ability to think strategically and detail-oriented to drive execution of specific initiatives
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage and influence different stakeholders
· Possess both business acumen and technical know-how
· Self-motivated, able to work under pressure in a collaborative environment
· Good project and people management skills and understanding of work processes and tools
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
