Job Title: Placement Officer

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Officer to facilitate student placements and build strong relationships with recruiters and corporate partners. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating placement activities, conducting employability initiatives, and ensuring students are well-prepared for recruitment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners for student placements.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement events.
- Identify placement opportunities and internship programs for students.
- Communicate placement requirements and job opportunities to students.
- Conduct pre-placement activities such as resume reviews, mock interviews, aptitude training, and career guidance sessions.
- Coordinate with academic departments and faculty regarding student eligibility and placement processes.
- Maintain student placement records, recruiter databases, and placement reports.
- Track placement statistics and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Follow up with recruiters regarding interview schedules, selection results, and joining formalities.
- Organize industry interactions, guest lectures, and networking events to enhance student employability.
- Ensure smooth coordination between students, recruiters, and college management during recruitment drives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, career services, HR, or training and placement activities.
- Experience working with colleges, universities, training institutes, or recruitment agencies is preferred.
