We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager to oversee multiple retail stores and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing store operations, leading store teams, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across all assigned locations.
- Manage and supervise multiple retail store operations.
- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor store performance and implement improvement plans.
- Lead, train, and motivate Store Managers and store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and shrinkage control.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Resolve operational issues and customer escalations.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
