About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Printing & Signage Expert for a retail branding and signage company. The candidate should have hands-on experience in signage production, printing technologies, material handling, coordination with design and production teams, and quality control processes. The role requires strong technical understanding, execution capability, and coordination skills to ensure smooth and timely delivery of retail branding and signage projects.
Key Responsibilities Printing & Production Operations
- Handle end-to-end coordination of printing and signage production activities.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution of projects.
- Supervise printing processes including UV printing, solvent printing, eco-solvent, vinyl printing, laser cutting, CNC routing, ACP works, acrylic fabrication, LED signage, etc.
- Ensure optimum machine utilization and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for material procurement and production planning.
Design Coordination
- Work closely with the Designing Team for artwork feasibility and production compatibility.
- Understand technical drawings, mock-ups, and production specifications.
- Suggest suitable materials, finishes, and production methods based on project requirements.
Quality Control & Inspection
- Conduct quality checks during and after production.
- Ensure color accuracy, finishing quality, branding standards, and installation readiness.
- Identify production defects and coordinate corrective actions with teams.
- Maintain quality standards as per client requirements and company SOPs.
Site & Installation Coordination
- Coordinate with installation teams for smooth execution at retail outlets/sites.
- Ensure signage dimensions, branding guidelines, and installation standards are followed properly.
- Resolve on-site technical issues related to signage and branding.
Team Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate regularly with Production, QC, Designing, Client Servicing, and Operations teams.
- Prepare production reports, material usage reports, and project status updates.
- Maintain proper documentation related to production and QC.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Good understanding of retail branding and signage industry.
- Knowledge of printing materials such as vinyl, flex, ACP, acrylic, MDF, foam board, sunboard, etc.
- Familiarity with signage fabrication and installation processes.
- Understanding of color management and print quality standards.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, or similar software will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and technically strong.
- Should have experience working with Designing, Production, and QC teams.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage retail rollout projects efficiently.
- Experience in retail branding/signage companies is required .
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
