Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Hardware, Networking & Industrial Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, CCTV systems, industrial automation, PLC programming, CNC machine support, and networking. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, factory automation equipment, and providing technical support across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware & IT Support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Install Windows OS, drivers, software applications, and antivirus.
- Perform preventive maintenance and hardware upgrades.
- Manage IT asset inventory.
Networking
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Perform network cabling, rack installation, and network monitoring.
- Provide remote support using AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Remote Desktop.
CCTV & Security Systems
- Install and maintain CCTV surveillance systems (IP & Analog Cameras).
- Configure DVR, NVR, IP Cameras, and remote monitoring.
- Install and support Biometric Attendance Systems and Access Control Systems.
- Diagnose and resolve CCTV, recording, and connectivity issues.
PLC Programming & Industrial Automation
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs.
- Commission and maintain PLC-based control systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot HMI and SCADA systems.
- Perform I/O testing, sensor calibration, and field device troubleshooting.
- Support industrial automation projects and machine commissioning.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and PLC logic diagrams.
CNC Machine Programming & Support
- Create and modify CNC programs for machining operations.
- Optimize CNC cycle time and machining parameters.
- Troubleshoot CNC machine alarms and operational issues.
- Support CNC machine setup, tool offsets, and machine calibration.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to improve machine performance.
- Knowledge of G-Code, M-Code, CNC Controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Haas, etc.) is preferred.
Software & Documentation
- Maintain technical documentation, installation reports, and preventive maintenance records.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for technical support.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and IT security standards.
