Job Title: QA Trainee (Fresher)
Location: Jaipur (In-office)
Duration: 6 Months (Training)
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Trainee to join our Quality Assurance team. This role offers hands-on experience in software testing, exposure to real-time projects, and an opportunity to build a strong foundation in QA processes and tools.
Training & Employment Details
- The training period will be 6 months, focusing on practical exposure in the QA department
- A stipend of ₹5,000 per month will be provided (no deductions; take-home amount)
- Upon successful completion of training and based on performance, candidates may be offered a full-time role
- Post-training salary will be ₹15,000 per month for the first year
- Total commitment required: 18 months (6 months training + 1 year full-time employment)
- Full-time opportunity is strictly performance-based
Roles and Responsibilities
- Learn and understand SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and executing test cases based on requirements
- Perform manual testing to identify bugs, errors, and improvement areas
- Document and report defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
- Collaborate with developers and team members to resolve issues
- Learn and assist in basic automation testing under guidance
- Follow company quality standards, processes, and best practices
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility
- Fresher / 0 years of experience
- Candidates with relevant coursework or interest in QA/Testing will be preferred
