About the Role
We're hiring a Logistics Lead to manage our delivery team on the ground and keep inventory movement airtight — from dispatch to delivery, every unit tracked and accounted for.
What You'll Do
- Track inventories dispatched to and received from delivery points
- Manage and coordinate the delivery executive team on a day-to-day basis
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatched and received inventory
- Support smooth logistics and supply chain operations for the city
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of senior-level experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery team management
- Proven track record of leading and scaling on-ground delivery/field teams
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery team management
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping discipline
- Ability to manage and motivate an on-ground delivery team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume dispatch environment
- Experience handling vendor coordination and escalations independently
- Exposure to B2B , corporate services, facility management, or the leasing industry is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
