We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive business growth and expand our channel partner network in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
* Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners, distributors, and business associates.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
* Drive channel expansion and market development within the assigned territory.
* Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
* Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
* Train and support channel partners to maximize sales performance.
* Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Requirements
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
* Channel Expansion and Business Development experience is mandatory.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Fluency in English and the local language (Hindi) is mandatory.
* Candidate should be familiar with the Jaipur market.
* Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
