Position: Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales activities through communication channels such as telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, online inquiries, and customer follow-ups. The role involves promoting the company’s power solution products including UPS, Static Stabilizers, Servo Stabilizers, and Transformers, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Candidates with 3 to 5 years of sales experience are preferred; however, enthusiastic freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
· Generate business opportunities through telecalling, online platforms, references, and customer follow-ups.
· Promote and explain company products to customers professionally.
· Prepare quotations, follow-ups, negotiations, and order confirmations.
· Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
· Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by management.
· Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and daily activity updates.
· Prepare and update MIS reports related to sales activities.
· Handle customer complaints or queries in a professional and timely manner.
· Follow up for payments and order status coordination whenever required.
Preferred Experience
· 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Handling, or Business Development preferred.
· Experience in electrical, electronics, industrial equipment, or power solution industry will be an added advantage.
· Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
· Comfortable handling customers over calls and digital communication platforms.
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Knowledge of MIS reporting and documentation would be an added advantage.
· Basic understanding of quotations, pricing, and commercial coordination.
· Customer handling and relationship management skills.
· Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented attitude.
· Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
· Good follow-up and coordination skills.
· Problem-solving mindset with professional behavior.
Educational Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred.
