We are a growing hospitality brand focused on creating a warm, comfortable, and soulful stay experience for guests visiting Vrindavan. We are looking for a responsible and proactive Hotel Manager who can handle daily hotel operations smoothly and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and guest relations
- Supervise housekeeping, front office, and support staff
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality standards
- Manage bookings from OTA platforms (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.)
- Coordinate with vendors and local service providers
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Maintain occupancy reports and daily operational records
- Train and guide hotel staff
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments
- Monitor hotel inventory and supplies
- Assist in marketing and improving guest experience
Requirements
- Experience in hotel management, hospitality, or front office operations preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of OTA handling and online bookings
- Ability to manage staff and resolve issues calmly
- Computer knowledge (Excel, email, booking systems)
- Flexible and responsible attitude
- Hindi and basic English communication required
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
