About the Role
Sillima Wellness is looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to manage customer interactions, order confirmations, follow-ups, and support activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, be comfortable handling customer calls, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation.
- Conduct follow-up calls regarding orders, deliveries, and customer queries.
- Send timely reminder calls and messages when required.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer calling records in Excel sheets.
- Track daily calling activities and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt responses and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Pleasant telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and professional approach toward customers.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working from the office in Greater Noida.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Experience in e-commerce, wellness, healthcare, or consumer brands will be an added advantage.
