We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to help generate high-quality leads through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and convert potential customers into clients through WhatsApp. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn digital advertising, lead generation, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Generate quality leads for our products and services.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Respond to incoming leads via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with interested leads until they become customers.
- Maintain lead records and update the CRM or spreadsheet.
- Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives and marketing materials.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on campaign performance and lead conversions.
- Suggest improvements to increase lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident in handling customer conversations on WhatsApp.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
