Role: Senior Demand Generation Manager

Timing: US Shift ( 6:00 PM IST – 3:00 AM IST)
Introduction:
The Senior Demand Generation Manager is responsible for building and leading a high-performing offshore sales generation team. We are looking for someone with experience managing offshore demand generation hubs and 5+ years’ experience working for global tech companies.
The ideal candidate brings a mix of strategic leadership, sales acumen, and the ability to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced environment.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales development representatives driving demand and lead generation for the US and EMEA regions.
Manage team performance and drive accountability for meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.
Lead the team to develop excellence in prospecting for new customers.
Ensure fast-paced lead follow up and lead nurturing with a target of 15-minute response time to all inbound leads.
Manage the team successfully conducting high-volume outbound outreach via multi-channel prospecting using LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other channels.
Partner with marketing and sales team to align on strategies and messaging.
Maintain accurate reporting in CRM.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
10+ years of lead generation experience, with 5+ of leading and developing lead generation teams (preferably in SaaS, technology, cyber security or services industries).
Experience leading demand generation operations for the US and EMEA markets, with the ability to work in US business hours.
Demonstrated success in leading teams of 5-25 SDRs delivering high lead conversion rate.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven leadership.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
