As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Additionally, you will oversee the development process, ensuring that the team adheres to best practices and project timelines while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and efficiency.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
- Experience with cloud-based integration solutions and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
