Role & Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking holidays, and packages
- Provide accurate travel information and personalized recommendations
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms with a customer-first approach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure excellent service throughout the booking process
Requirements
- Experience in travel sales, travel consulting, or tele sales is an advantage but not mandatory
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of travel booking platforms or CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
