MS Office & Documentation skills
Effective Communication skills
Customer Management skills
PL-SQL, .Net basics – html, xml, MF COBOL basics, Core Banking product implementatio Knowledge of Retail banking products & business processes. E.g. CASA, LOANS, Term Deposits, Payments, General Ledger etc.
Knowledge of Core banking system & Peripheral systems.
Requirement gathering & sign-off of new business requirements from bank/ creation & sign-off of Functional Specification document.
