Key Responsibilities1. BOQ & Estimation
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior fit-out works including:
- Modular furniture & carpentry
- False ceiling & partitions
- Flooring, finishes, wall treatments
- Electrical & lighting layouts (cost coordination)
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure BOQ accuracy.
- Update BOQs based on design revisions and site conditions.
2. Quotations & Costing
- Prepare item-wise quotations for clients based on approved BOQs.
- Work closely with the design and sales teams to finalize cost proposals.
- Analyze cost variations and value-engineering options where required.
3. Project Billing
- Prepare running account (RA) bills and final bills as per project milestones.
- Track work progress with site teams for accurate billing certification.
- Handle variation claims, extra items, and change orders with proper documentation.
4. Purchase & Vendor Billing
- Verify purchase bills, vendor invoices, and delivery challans against:
- Approved BOQs
- Purchase orders
- Site measurements
- Coordinate with procurement and accounts teams for timely processing.
5. Cost Control & Reporting
- Monitor budget vs actuals for ongoing projects.
- Maintain billing trackers, cost sheets, and reconciliation statements.
- Support audits and management reviews with accurate documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
