Role and Responsibility :
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring customer and business data is accurate and up to date.
- Oversee administrative operations related to customer records, reports, documentation, and system workflows.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth customer relationship management processes.
- Generate CRM reports, analyze customer data, and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, resolve CRM-related issues, and drive process improvements for better customer service and operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
