Job Summary
VXV Creations is hiring a Field Executive – Merchandising & Brand Promotion to support the promotion and visibility of client brands across various outlets and market locations. The candidate will be responsible for visiting assigned outlets, coordinating promotional activities, ensuring proper brand presence, and maintaining strong communication with clients and outlet staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned client outlets and market locations regularly.
- Ensure proper display and visibility of client brands and promotional materials.
- Support brand promotion and merchandising activities at outlets.
- Coordinate with the branding and marketing team for campaign execution.
- Collect outlet feedback, market updates, and competitor information.
- Take photos and submit daily activity reports to the office.
- Maintain good relationships with outlet owners and client representatives.
- Ensure promotional activities are completed on time and as instructed.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of merchandising, sales, or brand promotion.
- Responsible, active, and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Qualification
- Plus Two / Any Degree
- Freshers can apply; experience in merchandising, FMCG, retail, or brand promotion is an added advantage.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
