We're Hiring: Sales Head - Beverage Industry (B2B)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a Sales Head who can lead from the front in the B2B space, someone who already understands the F&B / beverage trade, knows how to open doors, close deals, and build a team that does the same. This person will drive sales growth while staying closely connected to production, warehouse, dispatch, and delivery, making sure the customer always gets what was promised on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Business Growth :
Generate new B2B business opportunities in the F&B / beverage industry and similar product categories
Develop and expand the dealer & distributor network across relevant markets
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets consistently
Manage key accounts and lead high-value customer negotiations
Improve the inquiry-to-order conversion ratio through strong follow-up and closing
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers, dealers, and partners
Leverage existing industry connections to fast-track market entry and growth
Team Leadership :
Lead, train, build, and monitor the sales team
Set clear targets and review team performance regularly
Coach the team on follow-up discipline, negotiation, and closing skills
Branding, Events & Partnerships
Build tie-ups with events, exhibitions, and industry platforms to boost brand visibility
Explore co-branding and partnership opportunities aligned with AMRTM's values
Represent AMRTM at trade shows and industry forums, and networking events
Operations & Coordination :
Stay updated on production schedules and plan sales accordingly
Track warehouse and stock updates to avoid over-commitment or stock-outs
Maintain sales and production data for accurate planning and forecasting
Monitor payment updates and follow up on collections
Oversee dispatch and transportation planning for timely, damage-free delivery
Coordinate with the supply chain/logistics team for a smooth order-to-delivery process
Reporting :
Maintain accurate sales, dispatch, and collection reports
Share regular market feedback and sales forecasts with leadership
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the F&B / beverage industry
Working knowledge of the supply chain—production, warehousing, dispatch, and logistics
Proven experience leading and mentoring a team
Existing industry connections and a strong network
Strong skills in negotiation, follow-up, and closing
Comfortable working with sales data and MIS reports, and forecasting
Genuine interest in sustainability and purpose-driven brands
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
