- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:

- Manage campaign budgets
- Optimize:
- ROAS
- CAC
- Revenue growth
- Test:
- Audiences
- Creatives
- Messaging
- Manage Amazon:
- Sponsored Products
- Sponsored Brands
- Sponsored Display campaigns
Landing Page Optimization
- Work with design & engineering teams
- Improve high-converting landing pages
- Make minor technical adjustments
- Run A/B tests on:
- Landing pages
- Funnels
- Conversion elements
Data & Experimentation
- Analyze campaign performance
- Analyze user behavior
- Identify:
- Conversion bottlenecks
- Growth opportunities
- Build reporting dashboards
- Track marketing KPIs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with:
- Creative teams
- Product teams
- Growth teams
- Convert performance insights into:
- Creative strategy
- Funnel improvements
Required Experience
- 2–3 years in:
- Performance marketing
- Growth marketing
- Paid acquisition campaign experience
- Amazon Ads experience
- Strong CRO & landing page strategy understanding
- Data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience in:
- E-commerce
- DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands
