Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
- Lead the development and enhancement of academic programs in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering.
- Design, review, and continuously improve curriculum aligned with industry and emerging technology trends.
- Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels.
- Foster an outcome-based education framework and ensure academic excellence.
Research & Innovation
- Establish a strong research culture within the department.
- Publish research articles in reputed SCI/Scopus-indexed journals and top-tier conferences.
- Secure sponsored research grants from government and industry agencies.
- Lead patent filing, technology transfer, product development, and innovation initiatives.
- Mentor faculty members and research scholars in research activities.
Ph.D. Guidance & Mentoring
- Supervise and guide Ph.D., M.Tech., and B.Tech. research projects.
- Develop research laboratories, centers of excellence, and interdisciplinary research groups.

Industry Collaboration
