Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with 5+ years of experience to manage and grow our brand's presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in content planning, audience engagement, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Manage day-to-day social media activities and respond to audience interactions.
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to create compelling visual content.
- Improve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through social media initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of social media advertising and campaign management.
- Excellent communication and content writing skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
