Job Summary:
Vitromed Healthcare is looking for a competent and proactive HR Manager to handle plant-level HR operations as a Generalist. The role involves managing attendance through Savior Biometric Software, payroll processing, statutory compliance, housekeeping, and overall plant administration, ensuring smooth functioning of HR and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Generalist & Operations
- Manage complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and exit
- Maintain employee database, personal files, and HR MIS
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support manpower planning and workforce optimization
2. Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure correct calculation of wages, overtime, incentives, and deductions
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, bonus, and other statutory components
- Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and reconciliation
3. Attendance & Biometric System
- Operate and manage Savior Biometric Software
- Monitor attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and overtime
- Generate reports and ensure data accuracy for payroll
4. Statutory & Legal Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws including:
- PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity
- Factory Act, CLRA, Minimum Wages Act
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and returns
- Handle labor inspections, audits, and documentation
- Coordinate with government authorities when required
5. Plant Administration
- Oversee plant administration activities including:
- Security management
- Transport coordination (if applicable)
- Facility maintenance and vendor coordination
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies within the plant
6. Housekeeping Management
- Supervise housekeeping staff and contractors
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across plant premises
- Monitor housekeeping schedules and quality standards
- Manage vendor performance and service levels
7. Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Maintain cordial industrial relations and a positive work environment
- Conduct engagement activities and welfare initiatives
8. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
Key Requirements:
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
- Experience: 6–12 years in Plant HR (Manufacturing/Healthcare preferred)
- Hands-on experience in Savior Biometric Software
- Strong expertise in Payroll and Statutory Compliance
- Experience in Plant Administration & Housekeeping Management
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
