We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Ex-Serviceman to lead and manage all security operations at our facility located at RIL NEI, Jamnagar. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment through effective security management, manpower supervision, risk assessment, and liaison with local authorities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the complete security function of the site. Supervise security personnel and contract security agencies. Ensure strict compliance with security SOPs and safety regulations. Conduct security audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Investigate security incidents and prepare reports. Manage access control, visitor management, and material movement. Coordinate with local police, fire services, and government authorities when required. Conduct security training, drills, and emergency response exercises. Maintain discipline and high professional standards among security staff. Eligibility Ex-Serviceman mandatory (Army / Navy / Air Force). Preferred Rank: Subedar, Subedar Major, Honorary Lieutenant/Captain, or equivalent. Minimum 10–15 years of service experience. Prior experience in industrial, refinery, petrochemical, manufacturing, or large township security will be preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and incident management skills.
