Job Description
Prepare and review client and subcontractor bills based on work progress at site.
- Verification of quantities and measurements from drawings and site.
- Preparation and reconciliation of monthly running bills, final bills, and measurement books.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients for accurate billing.
- Monitor project costs and ensure billing aligns with budget and work progress.
- Maintain documentation related to billing, work orders, and approvals.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely receipt from clients.
- Assist in auditing and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Update BOQ and rate analysis as per project requirements.
- Liaise with project managers and finance team for billing-related matters.
