Role description
Test Manager
UST Global is looking for a Project manager responsible for managing end to end testing of a specific project within an organization. Their main goal is to ensure that the project meets its objectives and delivers the desired results.
Qualifications
- 15+ year Experience leading multi-phased projects with extensive experience in managing the testing engagements
- Complete Ownership of the testing activities and operations for the project/program with solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, as well as experience in managing complex programs or initiatives
- Designs, Plans and Develops the overall Test Strategy
- Develops a detailed test plan outlining the scope, objectives, timeline, resources, and deliverables for the project
- Identifying and securing the necessary resources, including budget, staff, and technology, to support the project.
- Providing leadership and direction to the testing team, setting clear expectations and goals for team members.
- Review and Approvals on Project estimates and budgets
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of the testing activities, identifying any issues or obstacles, and implementing solutions to address them.
- Communicating regularly with stakeholders, keeping them informed of the progress and addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Conducting regular reviews and assessments of the testing deliverables to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for future initiatives.
- Hands on experince on US helathcare experince.
- Collaborating with other departments or external partners to support the successful implementation of the project.
- Managing risks and issues that may arise during the project, developing contingency plans and mitigation strategies as needed.
- Measure & track project performance, review of Metrics and SLA Dashboards and take corrective actions as needed.
- Providing reports and updates on the project's progress to senior management or other key stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with all levels of testing viz., Integration, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Functional, System, Integration and UAT Testing.
