We are looking for a result-oriented Ads Manager who can independently plan, execute, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across major e-commerce marketplaces and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, MyntraAds campaigns with a strong focus on driving sales, improving ROAS, and scaling brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Advertising
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
- Plan Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, and other marketplace advertising formats.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns and improve product visibility.
- Coordinate with catalog and content teams to improve ad performance through listing optimization.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Track advertising spend, revenue, and profitability metrics.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Myntra Ads.
- Experience in e-commerce, D2C brands, or marketplace advertising.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in footwear, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Myntra Partner Portal.
- Understanding of listing optimization, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
