Job Summary
Sanctum House of Wellness is looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Staff (MST) to ensure the smooth functioning and upkeep of our gym facilities across Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance related to electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work while maintaining a safe and well-maintained environment for members and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit all Sanctum gym branches (Andheri, Khar & Juhu) as per the assigned schedule.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of gym facilities.
- Attend to electrical issues such as lighting, switches, sockets, wiring, and basic electrical repairs.
- Carry out plumbing work including repair of taps, pipelines, washrooms, drainage, and water-related issues.
- Perform basic carpentry work such as repairing doors, locks, furniture, cabinets, and wooden fixtures.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance requirements and prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors whenever major repairs are required.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed within the assigned timelines.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and report daily work status to the Facilities Manager.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies while performing maintenance work.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of all maintenance areas and tools.
Skills & Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry work.
- Ability to identify and resolve maintenance issues independently.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel between multiple Mumbai branches.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to completing assigned tasks.
Qualification
- ITI/Diploma/Technical Certification in Electrical, Maintenance, or a related trade is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on experience will also be considered.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, gym maintenance, or a similar role.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Physically fit and willing to travel across branches.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Ability to handle emergency maintenance requirements when required.
- Strong work ethics with attention to detail.

Salary will be offered based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
