- oordinate the timely delivery of new vehicles to customers as per the delivery schedule.
- Ensure all pre-delivery inspection (PDI) activities are completed before vehicle handover.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Registration (RTO), Insurance, Accessories, and Service departments to ensure smooth delivery.
- Schedule delivery appointments and communicate delivery timings to customers.
- Ensure the vehicle is cleaned, fuelled, and fitted with all approved accessories before delivery.
- Conduct vehicle handover and explain the vehicle's features, controls, safety functions, warranty coverage, and maintenance schedule to customers.
- Obtain customer signatures on all delivery documents and acknowledgment forms.
- Ensure all mandatory documents are handed over to the customer.
- Resolve delivery-related issues promptly and coordinate with the concerned departments for quick resolution.
- Follow up with customers after delivery to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, customer acknowledgements, and vehicle handover reports.
- Coordinate with logistics or transport teams for vehicle movement between stockyard and showroom when required.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives and help achieve high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle delivery reports for management.
- Maintain proper coordination with finance teams to ensure payment clearance before vehicle delivery.
- Ensure showroom delivery areas are well prepared and provide customers with a professional delivery experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
