Job Title: Quality / HR Manager
Location: SPES Super Speciality Hospital, Greater Noida
Job Summary
SPES Super Speciality Hospital is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality / HR Executive to support hospital quality initiatives and HR operations. Candidates with experience in either Hospital Quality (NABH) or Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Responsibilities
- Assist in NABH documentation and quality compliance.
- Conduct departmental audits and maintain audit records.
- Prepare MOMs, CAPA, SOPs, policies, and quality reports.
- Monitor quality indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely reporting.
- Coordinate staff training and quality awareness programs.
- Follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions.
HR Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding of hospital staff.
- Employee documentation and personnel file management.
- Attendance, leave, and HRMIS coordination.
- Interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Support payroll and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, HR, MBA, BBA, BHA, MHA or equivalent).
- Freshers with relevant education or experienced candidates may apply.
- Experience in Hospital Quality, NABH, or HR will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Documentation and report preparation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹19,641.42 - ₹55,203.55 per month
