We are looking for a result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales of Fly Ash products. The candidate will be responsible for developing market presence, building client relationships, and driving bulk sales to industries such as cement, construction, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for Fly Ash across Gujarat and nearby regions
Identify and onboard bulk buyers such as cement plants, RMC plants, contractors, and infrastructure companies
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
Handle client negotiations, pricing, and contract finalization
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels
Achieve sales targets and expand market share
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
Key Skills & Requirements:
Experience in Fly Ash / Cement / RMC / Bulk material sales
Strong network in construction and industrial sectors
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of logistics and bulk handling
Target-oriented and willing to travel extensively
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate (MBA Marketing preferred)
