Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Influencer Manager to build and manage relationships with influencers, brands, and marketing partners. The role involves identifying collaboration opportunities, driving outreach, and ensuring successful execution of influencer campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to brands, marketing managers, and influencers
- Pitch collaboration opportunities clearly and confidently
- Follow up with leads via call, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain daily call logs and CRM updates
- Identify decision-makers within companies
- Qualify leads before scheduling meetings
- Coordinate meeting slots between prospects and internal team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in calling and pitching (sales-oriented mindset)
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics
- Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in influencer marketing / talent management / sales
- Existing network of influencers is a plus
- Experience in handling brand collaborations

Pay: ₹9,847.68 - ₹33,787.98 per month
