About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Trainer / Developer with strong knowledge of modern programming and AI technologies. The ideal candidate should be capable of working on technical projects as well as training and supporting team members in emerging technologies.
Required Technical Skills
Candidates should have knowledge or hands-on experience in:
- Java
- Python
- Agentforce
- Generative AI (GenAI)
- AI/ML
- Proxy / Proxy Technologies
- Programming fundamentals and problem-solving
- Understanding of AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and work on technical solutions using relevant technologies.
- Conduct technical training sessions for employees/team members.
- Explain programming, AI, and technical concepts in a clear and practical manner.
- Create training materials, examples, and technical documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and technology.
- Collaborate with technical teams on projects and implementations.
Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in Development, Technical Training, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts effectively.
- Willingness to work in a Night Shift / US Market environment.
